Where about’s are you based?

We are located in Macclesfield, Cheshire, just south of Manchester. When renting props you’re welcome to collect and drop back with us or we can cover up to 2 hours driving time in any direction. If your venue is out of this zone, we can sort something out and just add a little extra for delivery depending on where you’re based!

Do you make completely bespoke items?

Yes sir, we do! We love creating completely bespoke items for our brides and grooms. Please get in touch and send your ideas our way, we’d love to work alongside with you and make your ideas into a reality.

How long can we hire the items for?

Our hire time is usually 48 hours. For an event on a Saturday we can deliver on the Friday and collect on the Sunday or Monday. However, we are happy to arrange a longer hire time if needed!

How far will you deliver?

We usually work with brides and grooms around 2 hours driving time from the SK11 postcode. If you are further afield, don’t hesitate to get in touch, we can try to sort something out!

Do you have a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend if items are collected and dropped back off with us. However, if you’d like us to deliver and collect then we require a minimum spend of £350.00 for hire to local venues. If your venue is further afield and on the border of our radius the minimum spend will be increased and quoted via email.

What about delivery costs?

For delivery we’d need to know your venue address and we can go from there! Get in touch and leave your venue and postcode and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can :)

If you’d like to book, here’s a few practicalities you’ll need to know…

  • We require a 20% none refundable deposit to guarantee your date, and full payment will be needed 6 weeks before your event.

  • Don’t worry if anything gets broken, it can easily be fixed! We’ll give all items a check over and if anything is broken or lost we’ll send you an invoice to be paid within 7 days.

  • Once you’re done with all of your items please remember to pack them away (minus any excess food!) in any Ink & Alder packaging provided and we’ll sort the cleaning and the rest!

  • Please remember that we accept no responsibility for injury caused to any person during the hire period. All items are hired and are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned.
